Or in this case a runners high, is awesome. I know I can run a 5 minute and a bit average per kilometre. But I’ve never done that during an interval training.

So yesterday I felt great at the start of the interval training. So I decided to push, to push really hard. So my interval would start with a long sprint and a slow transition into a normal run of a kilometre.

Look, I’m not the fastest runner by a longshot. But I’m very happy with my top speed of 17 km/h. And every time I heard my kilometre time I would smile and endorfines would flow into my system.

That state of flow was awesome and I am learning to harness is to improve myself even more. As soon as I know how to induce is. I’m going to try to bring it to my job.
