It just needs to be done. I’m not on my perfectly tuned diet yet and I won’t be… ever. I treat my diet as a great big experiment. Testing it and nog being too strict. In my experience it’s the only way to go.
Because temporary diets and detoxes suck! And for hardly anyone I know, including myself, they’ve worked out in the middle term, not even be long term.
So just measure as much as you need and learn the quirks of your body and metabolism. I’m doing to at the moment. And I’m registering what I feel and what I measure. Maybe it will help someone else in the future.
